  • Peel the salted duck eggs and mash them in a separate bowl.

  • Line a heatproof dish with the ginger slices.

  • Spread the seasoned minced pork evenly in the dish.

  • Top the minced pork with the mashed salted duck eggs.

  • Prepare a steamer and steam the dish for about 20-25 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

  • Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
