Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Duck Egg

In a bowl, mix the minced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir well to combine.
Peel the salted duck eggs and mash them in a separate bowl.
Line a heatproof dish with the ginger slices.
Spread the seasoned minced pork evenly in the dish.
Top the minced pork with the mashed salted duck eggs.
Prepare a steamer and steam the dish for about 20-25 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

2-3 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
