Shrimp and Egg Stir-Fry

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a wok over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.

  • In the same wok, add a bit more oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and opaque.

  • Add the sliced onion and frozen peas to the wok. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  • Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and mix everything together.

  • Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  • Serve hot and enjoy

  • 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooking oil
