Shrimp and Egg Stir-Fry

Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a wok over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add a bit more oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and opaque.
Add the sliced onion and frozen peas to the wok. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and mix everything together.
Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Serve hot and enjoy
