Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
Instructions
Marinate the pork pieces in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer. Deep fry the marinated pork until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a separate pan, heat a little oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, onion, and pineapple. Stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened.
In the same pan, add the ketchup, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer.
Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until it reaches your desired consistency.
